| With en-suite facilities at £35.00 to £40.00 per person, per night. |

| Twin Room |
| With en-suite facilities at £35.00 to £40.00 per person, per night. Twin Room used as a family unit, £15.00 per extra person per night. |

| Sharing facilities £30.00 to £35.00 per person, per night. |
| Single occupancy, £35.00 to £45.00. |

| Bedrooms |
| We have three bedrooms, a double en-suite, a twin with single beds that is often used as a family room, also en-suite, and a double room not en-suite. |

| All three rooms are centrally heated and have double glazed windows. Each has a colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. |

| Double Room |
| South facing and overlooking the court yard and open fields beyond. The room is spacious and light with modern separate en-suite facilities of toilet and shower. |

| The Twin Room |
| A big warm room and again facing south to catch the morning sun coming up over the fields and outbuildings, en-suite with toilet, shower and wash basin. It will easily take two occasional beds when used as a family room. |

| Double Room |
| With wash hand basin in room and separate toilet and bathroom facilities. |
| |
| The Dining Room and Guests Lounge |
| This long south facing room has a dining area at one end and leads into the lounge with it's large log burning fire place. Guests are welcome to sit, relax and browse through the dozens of fine books on all subjects. |

| French doors lead to a sunny court yard garden where on warm days breakfast can be served outside. |
| |
| Wireless Broadband |
| Wireless broadband internet connection is available in the lounge and the rooms that do not have metre thick stone walls!" |
